Meet the founder

TJ Jordan is a dynamic facilitator and mental health professional who has mastered the art of guiding groups of people toward deeper connection and cohesion.

TJ’s unique approach starts with experiential engagement, builds with reflection and productive dialogue, and culminates in deeper connections and authentic empowerment. His workshops and group programming meets participants’ need for meaningful connection to others, key social-emotional skills, and a deeper level of professional support, all in service of greater well-being and success.

In addition to his work with companies and businesses, his expertise builds on over 15 years of direct service in some of the most under-resourced neighborhoods of Chicago, including in elementary and high schools, universities, community centers, non-profits, and camps/retreats. He has also served clients in Brazil, Northern Ireland, and Canada.

He lives with his family in Chicago, IL and serves clients across the United States.
